These are from the Gold Nugget Triathlon I did on the 21st of May. I did alright considering I'm out of shape and was riding a mountain bike. I was 13th in my age group and 281s toverall out of 1200 people
. Fun experience and Nathania and I are planning on doing another one in June. I can't wait until September so I can join my teammates and do the Reeds Lake Triathlon with them!
So here it is folks, a blog to follow my adventures this summer. I will post as many pictures as possible so you are able to get a glimpse of whats going on!
For Memorial Day weekend, Nathania and I, along with her small group from church went camping in Hope, Alaska. It was a blast and the weather has been phenomenal. However the mosquitos are huge and I don't like them. I probably killed about 200 this weekend alone and I know I didn't even put a dent into the mosquito populations...sigh...however deet is my friend and it keeps them away!
This is MIDNIGHT in Alaska....I just can't get over how long
the days are here!View from Gull Rock...great hike we did this past weekend
